Check RTC (Pahani) Current Year/Old Year on Bhoomi Online

To check your RTC (Pahani) records for the current or previous year, follow the steps below:

• Visit the official Bhoomi Online Portal at https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in and click on “View RTC and MR.”

• On the Records of Rights, Tenancy & Crops (RTC) Form 16 | Mutation Register | Mutation Status page, select whether you want to view the Current Year or Old Year RTC.
• Choose your District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, and Survey Number, then click Go.
• Enter the required details such as Surnoc, Hissa Number, Period, and Year, then click Fetch Details.

• Review the displayed Owner Details and Land Details carefully. Once verified, click View.

• Click on the “i-RTC” option on the homepage.
• Select “Login as Guest” and enter your Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and Aadhaar Number, then click “Proceed.”

• On the next page, provide your District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, Survey Number, Surnoc, Hissa Number, and Validity RTC details. Click “Fetch Details” to view your land records.
• To download the RTC, click “View RTC”, then select “Pay and Download.” A fee of Rs. 10 applies. After completing the payment, you can download your RTC in PDF format.
